SILVER LINING

What We Do:

Our organization collects donations that will go directly to Cancer Research at
Temple University Research Hospital. At the end of the semester, we will hold a candlelight vigil for individuals affected by cancer. It's a great event and produces  a beautiful display of lights. Please donate and help out today!






OVERALL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROGRAM
Every year we will be fundraising to fund cancer treatment and research with our annual silver lining event. During the event, students on campus will display luminaria, paper sacks with a candle inside, along Liacouras Walk. This is to show support of those who have lost their lives to cancer, those who currently have cancer, and those who fought cancer in the past. All proceeds made will be sent to a cancer research center of the members' choice of that year.
